On paying your 50% deposit, you are agreeing to the T&Cs.

Booking fee is non-refundable. However, it is transferable subject to availability.

20% charge of the entire set up for the delivery/installation fee.

Prop hire - you are liable for any damage or missing items.

This includes: Lights, Frames, Florals and Stands.

All props will be checked before installation for any damages or faults.

In the event of any damages or missing props you will be invoiced for the cost of the repair or replacement.

All props must be taken inside overnight or in the event of very bad weather.

Collection of props needs to be arranged on booking.

Once the balloons are in your possession they are your responsibility.

Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play on the display.

Also keep sharp objects away from the set up.

Do not put the balloons near the sunlight or by a hot radiator.

Latex allergies MUST be declared before booking.

Balloons are hazardous to children. Risk of choking.

PLEASE do not leave children unsupervised around the set up.

Use of command hooks on interior walls will be used when needed. You give permission and understand the risk of damage.

Use of adhesive hooks on exterior walls will be used when needed. You give permission and understand the risk of damage.
